The National Bureau of Statistics of China released a comparison report on the change in property price in 70 major cities in June. By comparing with previous month, 26 cities recorded a drop or an equal in property price, 6 cities recorded an increase. When compared with the same period last year, 3 cities recorded a decrease and 28 cities recorded an increase in a decreasing rate.
