If you are going to Chinese-speaking Asia, you will invariably find yourself at a Chinese Banquet. There are specific rules of etiquette governing drinking behavior. For instance, to toast someone, say, Wǒ jìn nín. Followed by gānbēi (bottoms up) or suǐyì (as much as you want).
